"The pilot phase of National Youth-PEACE Campaign is going to be concluded as CDA is going to organize the first ever National Youth-PEACE Festival in July 2010 at Lahore".

• Active Citizens Program of British Council:
CDA has recently become an implementing partner of British Council of Pakistan for implementing its Active Citizens Program in 12 districts across Pakistan.

• Zoom In! A Photographic project for awareness raising on SRHR A Marie Stopes International (MSI) UK, World Population Foundation (WPF) Netherlands, YouAct Netherlands and Latica Family Planning Association Lativa’s supported program which was implemented in 8 developing and 4 developed countries while in Pakistan implemented by CDA. 50 youth including 25 girls trained as community photographers who developed several community stories through pictures while IEC material was published and used for advocacy

• Youth and Culture of PEACE A Christian Study Centre (CSC)’s supported program which aimed in building capacity of young people and training them as peace activists using composite heritage and culture as an instrument of peace. The first phase of program was concluded in 2008 while the second phase is going on.



Other than these programs CDA has taken some other initiatives on self help basis including celebration of International Youth Day, World Aids Day, and campaign against early forced marriage on the occasion of Valentines Day
